 Hypertrophy of the small labia:

 

about one research from pubisplasty during 1989 – 2004,  449 patients were operated from pubis diseases, 412 female cases and 37 male cases, 51,04% were of the reconstructive cases about hypertrophy of the small labia. It is one procedure made by local anaesthesia and sedation, with “s” incisions, respecting the natural anatomy of the patient, one side it is more large than other, with  finality to close the vagina and avoid pathologies.  This procedure needs to be made in good hospital and the patient can leaves  8 hours after of the surgery, when the anaesthesics medicines disappear of the body. Surgical time: approximately 40 minutes. The edhema begin immediately  with high  painful, it is necessary antibiotictherapy and antiinflamatory during seven days and criotherapy(cold bags) 10 minutes 8 times by day,  because the local cold has less edhema and more comfortable. The sutures leaves alone, they sutures are absorbed,  not necessary to remove, it is important several clean   scar: after six months, it will be  clear scar it is characteristic of each patient, with more than 500 cases operated, any keloid case was identified in pubis region maybe this area has many veins, the scar  it is very well, our experience during twenty years using pubisplasty. What will can be mistake? infeccion many time to leave the sutures, high assimetry, abscess and hematoma drain. All pathologies are rare and they can receive corrections.

Return the activities: after one week,  only after 40 days: bathing in beach and swimming pool and sexual relation.
