MISSION

            The Institute for Quality of LIFE (IQL)  is an institution with a Mission: “to cooperate with the Nation’s efforts toward the improvement of the Quality of Life of the Brazilian people”


OBJECTIVES:
   

1.  To develop programs about Quality of Life in schools, universities, hospitals, private and public organizations, communities, associations, industries, etc.

2.   To develop techniques for the improvement of Quality of Life of individuals

3.   To provide preventive and general medicine for families, individuals and communities

4.   To elaborate plans, to supervise projects and to develop programs for Institutions, States, Counties, Districts and Cities searching the improvement of Quality of Life of the population

5.   To prepare personel to work in different areas of Organizational development and Human Development and Planning

6.   To develop programs of Health Promotion, Protection and Treatment for communities “in loco”; through the “Brazil-Citizen Foundation” or other institutions that search the improvement of Quality of Life

7.   To elaborate plans, programs, studies and researches on the improvement of Quality of Life

8.   To create organic and functional structures required for the developement of Quality of Life Programs carried out by the Institute

9.  To advise Foundations, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO), Public and Private organizations, etc. in their actions and activities regarding the improvement of Quality of Life

10. To diffuse and divulge the modern principles on improvement of Quality of Life, Strategic Planning, Health and Education Promotion, Anti-Aging, Healthy Long Life  and Behavioral Medicine

11. To publish matters on the subjects of: Quality of Life, Quality in Health and Education, Human Development and Long Life

12. To promote workshops, lectures, courses, meetings, seminars, conferences, pannels, and national and international debates regarding themes about their programs.
